- Allow access to the premises at scheduled times for inspection and treatment.
- Follow all safety precautions, such as removing pets, food items, and personal belongings as advised by Apex Pest Control.
- Comply with any additional instructions provided to ensure the effectiveness of treatments.
4. Service Limitations
Apex Pest Control will make reasonable efforts to eliminate pests; however:
- Complete eradication cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., structural issues or hidden infestations).
- The Company will not be liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed infestations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances or requested extra services will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
6. Safety and Environmental Measures
Apex Pest Control prioritizes safety and environmental compliance by:
- Using only approved pest control products.
- Following all applicable safety regulations.
- Providing safety data sheets for all products upon request.
7. Guarantees and Warranties
The Company offers a limited warranty period for most pest control services. If pests reappear within this period, follow-up treatments may be provided at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
8. Liability and Insurance
Apex Pest Control is insured to cover damages or injuries that may occur during service delivery. However:
The Company is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or failure by the Customer to follow provided instructions.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- The Customer fails to meet their obligations (e.g., payment or access requirements).
- The premises pose safety risks that prevent service delivery.
- Termination must be communicated in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the USA.
11. Modifications to Terms
Apex Pest Control reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

12. Apex Pest Control SMS Alerts
Program Description:
By opting into Apex Pest Control SMS Alerts, you agree to receive text messages regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, special promotions, and discounts for pest control services. These messages are designed to keep you informed and help you save on pest control solutions.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
